ComfortDelgro, 2021

While known as one of the largest land transport companies in both Singapore and the world, ComfortDelGro needed to adapt to modern times where the masses are highly reliant on tech and digital services for their daily solutions. Zig was created to provide a service that could combine journey planning, transport booking and lifestyle discovery all from a single platform. 

How might we design a discovery platform to help Singaporeans find the best way to enjoy local ​experiences?

 

My role

  • Define flows of key features that delivers on the user stories and business objectives

  • Identify edge cases

  • Hi-fi wireframes

  • Participated in the alpha user testing to gain insight on initial feedback

  • Worked closely with visual designers and developers to ensure experience is translated into design

  • Detail feature specifications on Figma and Jira for developers

  • Resolve and clarify bugs/issues with dev and clients on Jira (for post-launch)

Alpha user testing insights​​

  • Users liked the onboarding process want the personalisation to match up more across the rest of the experience.

  • Journey Planning and Taxi-Booking have relatively higher positivity rates compared to F&B Discovery and Deals Discovery.

  • Users also appreciate the ease of use and navigation 

  • Suggestions to improve were centred around Deals Discovery and F&B Discovery
